To make your membership process simple:

- Have a picture of yourself
- Proof of age (birth certificate or passport)
- Current athlete physical

After documents are Uploaded and confirmed by USA Boxing, print out your Membership ID Card.
Put your ID Card in your passbook.
(All documents can be pictures from your phone)

Send a picture of your Membership ID Card after all documents were Uploaded. If you have any issues with uploading documents, send them to the Registration Chair. Replacement passbooks are $10.
Your Coach shouldn’t start looking for a match for you to compete in until you have possession of your athlete’s passbook with all documentation completed.
